Care Advocate is a care-coordination service that checks in on patients after a healthcare visit or hospital discharge. With your consent, we send text messages with check-in reminders, appointment confirmations, and medication price information you request during a call with our service.
We do not send marketing messages. This is a low-volume program (typically a few messages per month).
Texting JOIN or START to our number constitutes your agreement to receive the messages described above. Consent is not a condition of receiving care or any other service. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. Your phone number and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties.
