Care Advocate ("we", "us") provides care-coordination calls and text messages to individuals who enroll in our program. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
Your phone number and your SMS opt-in consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party for marketing purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
We share information only: (a) with your care team, at your direction or with your consent; (b) with service providers who deliver messages on our behalf (e.g., our telecommunications carrier), bound by confidentiality; or (c) where required by law.
Reply STOP to any message to withdraw consent and stop all messages. Reply HELP or email us for assistance.
We retain enrollment and message records only as long as needed to operate the program or as required by law, and protect them with industry-standard safeguards.
