Care Advocate sends care-coordination text messages (check-in reminders, appointment confirmations, and medication price information you request) to individuals who opt in by texting JOIN or START to our program number.
By texting JOIN or START you consent to receive the messages described above. Consent is not a condition of receiving care or any purchase. Message frequency varies; this is a low-volume program. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel — you will receive one final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected].
Care Advocate is a care-coordination and information service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for your physician or professional medical judgment. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Medication price information is provided for your convenience from public sources, may change, and should be confirmed at the point of purchase.
